The dock material is high quality and the assembly is not difficult with the help of the online videos. Once you figure out one section, any additional are fast to assemble. We were very pleased with the service we received, both the help with product detail but also configuration. We bought more dock after our initial order because we felt the quality was good and the price was right, and you can always use more dock! We had received quotes from two other local dock retailers and the price and quality we received from Jack Docks was impressive to us! My ninja tip would be to pick up the dock from your local shipper if that is an option and you have a trailer and can haul it. At the local warehouse they loaded directly on our trailer with a forklift and then we transported the dock straight down to the shoreline to begin the assembly. That avoided scheduling with the shipper, waiting for them and then manually unloading the dock!
