We have a vacation rental and wedding venue property in northern Pennsylvania. We have a beautiful pond but the dock was in bad shape. We lamented for almost a year about how we were going to replace it. I found Jack Docks online and loved the look of their aluminum dock products. We ordered a 24 foot dock with an 8′ by 12′ patio on the end. Jack Docks was wonderful to work with. Helpful, responsive and truly interested in our situation. When ordered, the dock was ready to ship precisely as indicated in 10 days and arrived successfully and well packaged at our property. We made the assembly a July 4th holiday project for the family. The system was quite easy to assemble. We chose a unit with 4 tires to accommodate our patio. It went together wonderfully and we just pushed it into the water and adjusted the risers. Incredibly easy! And, the product is well constructed and very stable. We are absolutely thrilled and might even add on a couple more sections next year!
